Insert Profiling Point... item in IDE/Profile menu is sometimes disabled during 
IDE startup (Scanning Classpaths), not clear if this is intention. See 
screenshot.

I do nothing special there, it is probably the way NodeAction works.

Verified as far Profiling Points are going to be redesigned
