Description twolf2919 2006-06-05 14:12:33 UTC
In Matisse, when I design a a form using either Null or Absolute layouts,
if I move a component to some place and release the mouse
button, I expect the object to be placed exactly where I dropped it.
But instead, it is "snapped" to some invisible grid. One has to go
to the "Advanced" editor options to turn off this snap-to-grid.

Either a grid should be shown when there's this snap-to-grid, or at least
the snap-to-grid should default to 'off'. Since I can't see a 'grid'
implemented anywhere, I suggest the second option - turn it off by default - at
least when the form is in "Null" or "AbsoluteLayout".
