This is a stopper for Enterprise Pack beta. Currently there is no workaround for
this feature from the tool if this fix is not in place.

Removing dependency 81559. This dependency bug prevents the end to end 1.5
projects from working. This bug prevents the proper service ref name creation in
the case of web service client. Per the bug comment from Peter Williams "this
rule applies only when the name attribute of the annotation is not used.

If the name attribute is present, it appears the provider correctly resolves the
name from that, as required by JSR-109 Section 4.2.2. "

This means that if the proper annotation was present then the end to end 1.5
projects should work.

The intent of this bug 77737 is to make sure the Message Security Binding APIs
invoked on serverplugins module work properly. Since they do work properly, I
will mark this bug as fixed.

My suggestion is to Release Note this for coke beta saying that the issue 81559
needs to be fixed and the users need to pick up the build that has the fix to
make sure end to end 1.5 projects work for defined use cases in the bug.

The identity tooling code itself is complete with Sun DD changes happening for
both services and clients for web and ejb J2EE 5 projects.

The fix for this bug went into Netbeans on 7/31. You should be able to pick up
Netbeans 55 build from 7/31 night and use it for testing of Identity 1.5 project
support
