Java 6 b87, 32-bit JVM (both IDE w/ profiler and profiled app), Linux x86_64.
IDE built from sources from Jun 12 + profiler build 060613. Profiled app is
another IDE - 5.5 daily build 200606130200.

I have choosen o.o.awt.MouseUtils$PopupMouseAdapter.mousePressed and
o.o.util.Utilities.actionsToPopup as roots and trying to profile opening of
popup in on JSP file in sample JSP application. The results is crash of profiled
app 20secs after right on this node.

This does not look to me like bug in profiler. Please try to use different JDK version.

Decreasing priority as there are no other bugreports similar to this one and we 
are not able to reproduce it. Closing as INVALID for now, more feedback is 
needed if its still problem.
