Description:
Coke build 060503_16 

When user opens WSC panel one Sec Mech is already choosen in the drop-down field. 
So if user is satisfied with default choice there isn't any indication that 
user does need to explicitly choose the Sec Mech, otherwise it will not be send
to provider, and thus the execution will fail.

This bug has been fixed in beta.
