Windows like Snapshot, Live Results, VM Telemetry or Threads View have not set
accessible descriptions.

According to NetBeans Accessibility Guide 
(http://a11y.netbeans.org/a11yDevGuide.html) accessible descriptions need to be 
set for "components whose context is not obvious from their names". Please 
specify concrete windows which you think don't have self-explaining accessible 
names.

IMHO the windows should have more descriptive information about their purpose.
e.g.

Live Results | Live Results of running memory profiling task. or Empty live results.

I mean something to help handicapped people to identify selected window (not to
describe its content).

By the way do you really mean that handicaped people will use the Profiler? We 
can provide excellent window title but won't support presenting each item in 
collected results or telemetry graphs.

I don't think handicapped people will use profiler but I think they should be
able to identify each opened window in ide.
