Description
steps to reproduce:
1. create uml prject
2. add package with scoped activiity diagram
3. add vertical fork to the diagram
4. expand Activity node
5. drag fork node from tree to the diagram fork with horizontal orienntation is
placed on the diagram

Planned for drawing area upgrade after NB 6.0.

Should not use resolved/later status.

this bug is now invalid. The context menu "Show as Vertical Fork" and "Show as
Horizontal Fork" should now be used to change the visual orientation on the diagram.

Actually the fix is in issue 78636.
