Description:
coke build 060321

The new shortcut CTRL-SHIFT-R replacing the original conflicting shortcut
CTRL-SHIFT-O is not working in the diagram.

I'm using the nightly build 060321. Other shortcuts works but Ctrl-Shift-R does
nothing at all. The toolbar button for this layout works.

Interesting. Ctrl-Shift-R does not work on my laptop but I just tried it on the
desktop and it works fine. Just wonder why.

this is a new shortcut that replaces ctrl-shift-o so it should be changed in doc
as well.

Evaluation:
Do you mean that the layout is not performed according to orthogonal layout spec
or no action was taken on Ctrl+Shift+R? Please elaborate on the details, as my
testing shows that Ctrl+Shift+R does exactly what menu item or toolbar button does.

bug is not more reproducible in coke (nb entpack build 060821)

new Ctrl-Shift-R is already used in help.
So this is also fixed.
