steps to reproduce:
1. invoke Tools|Options
2. go to Advanced Options
3. select UML node
4. select ???Delete File when Deleting Artifacts??? property
descriptions says about Artifact property within Property editor, there is no
such property since buzz, but there is source artifact node within element nodes
which has related source siles.
