Description:
reproducible with buzz, coco, coke_build9

steps to reproduce:
1. create uml project
2. add package with scioped class diagram
3. add some classes
4. select Model node
thre is project name in ide title
5. select package or diagram or class node
there is no project name in title
(for java projects: if use select package or class node in java project title
has java project name)
