Description:
coke build8:
On the DocPane tool bar, Bold, italic and underline buttons do not hava
accelerators. Each button should have a tooltip that denotes an accelerator key:
Bold with the B underlined, Italic with the I underlined, and Underline with the
U underlined.
Also Ctrl+B for Bold and Ctrl+I for Italic and Ctrl+U for Underlined do not work.

Added/moddified the accelerators for the toolbar buttons of the document window
as follows:
Ctrl-B for bold, Ctrl-I for italic, Ctrl-U for underline, Ctrl-Alt-A for font
color chooser, Ctrl-Shift-C for center alignment, Ctrl-Shift-L for left
alignment, Ctrl-Shift-R for right alignment.

Also modified the tooltips of these toolbar buttons to indicate the above
shortcut keys.
