Description:
reproducible with buzz and coke build 060414

steps to reproduce:
1. create platform independant model
(as I understand there parameter-kind except class may not apply to java platform)
2. add package with scoped class diagram
3. add template class
4. invoke template parameters customizer
there is nothing similar to parameter-kind in customizer

(may be Type Constraint was designed as parameter-kind, but ther is no constaint
than)
