Description:
coke build 9

The test case indicated that connector should show up in the project tree after
its creation but it's not there.

Repro steps:
- create a collaboration diagram
- create and name 2 lifeline elements with representing classifiers
- create a connector link between the 2 lifelines
Result: no sign of any connector link in the project tree

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

The collaboration diagram will not be supported in 6.5.  Depends on issue 133975.

Will be verified when collaboration/component/deployment diagrams are implemented.
