there is a 'relict' script local/conf/settigs.* which is called in start scripts
- this was created for some local settings as exporting of variables like
DISPLAY etc. I've disabled it. All such settings should be placed as a
executable scripts into local/bin folder with *.sh or *.bat extensions. The
settings.* are not called now.
