Description Todd Fast 2006-07-13 03:24:49 UTC
This bug is an umbrella bug to which various workflow and UI inconsistencies
across Enterprise Pack modules can be attached as blocking issues.
Comment 1 Todd Fast 2006-07-13 03:47:27 UTC
By inconsistencies, I mean problematic deviations from similar features within
Enterprise Pack, or deviations from established NetBeans conventions. Many of
these will arise from testing of end-to-end scenarios.

Where additional design is required to resolve the inconsistency, I suggest that
issues be filed as one lower-level umbrella bug, and then multiple issues filed
on each affected module, blocking all the way up to bug 80108. This allows each
inconsistency to be assigned a single owner who can drive a solution. For example:

    Issue 80108 blocked on...
       Inconsistency issue 1 blocked on...
          Module 1 issue
          Module 2 issue
          ...
       Inconsistency issue 2 blocked on...
          Module 1 issue
          Module 2 issue
          ...

Shouldn't this bug be closed now that all depending issues have a strikethrough
on them.?
Comment 3 Todd Fast 2006-09-21 07:58:53 UTC
All dependent items have been fixed.
