Build 51.

the definition of Filesystems seems a little off - "In the IDE, a
filesystem is an hierarchical organization of classpaths and their
directories". The Filesystem view *is* the classpath (i don't think it makes
sense to refer to "classpaths" in plural), and it should be noted that the
classpath is ordered in the same way the Explorer Filesystems tab has it
listed. (order of classpath is quite important, since it determines what order
the vm looks for the class files) Some engineers here have thought of the
Filesystems Explorer as a "classpath editor".

Does "Mount" need a separate "key concept" bullet point? All our usability
studies (14+ subjects) on the IDE showed that they all had problems with the
word Mount.

THanks, I welcome all the doc writers to add their viewpoints.

Reassigning bug to usersguide module, where all bugs concerning online help
should be assigned.

Ammended description of filesystem per discussion with hie. Fix to filesystem
description on Key Concepts help page in current NetBeans build 84. Discussion
of "mount" left to help section on Mounting a Filesystem rather than including
it as a high-level concept on the Key Concepts page.
