The load time of the identity help topics is extremely slow. According to nb docs people, possible causes: - maybe it has to do with the way that the module that the help is attached to is loaded and initialized. Some modules are initialized "lazily" to reduce to startup time. If clicking the link is the first thing that happens that makes the IDE aware it needs to use the module, maybe problems occur. - Verify that the layer file and/or manifest are correct. Turns out this is an issue that's somehow caused by a setting in VPN. Slow response times do not happen when VPN is not active, or when connected directly to the network in MPK.
