It should not be possible to enter the not reasonable value (1000% - 
1000000000%) in the preview scale of Print Preview dialog.

Besides it if you set preview scale compobox component active (set focus to it) 
and press '+' button then value may become negative.

Set restriction: preview scale must be <= 1500%.
