Description Vince Kraemer 2006-07-18 18:33:59 UTC
I have heard that there are bugs in Struts, that cause issues for SJSAS 8.2 and
GF. I have also heard that these have been addressed in more recent struts builds.

Upgrading the Struts package will help prevent users from running into
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=78728.

With NetBeans 5.5 is bundled the latest binary release 1.2.9 . Is still there
the problem?
Comment 2 Petr Pisl 2006-07-26 13:30:46 UTC
With NetBeans 5.5 is bundled the latest binary release 1.2.9 . The problem is
solved in 1.3.0 and next, but any 1.3.x version has not been officially release
yet. I would like to wait for official release, which should be sooner then FCS
of NetBeans 5.5

Struts 1.3.5 beta is released and Struts 2.0 is around the corner. I hope to see
them soon in Netbeans 5.5
Comment 4 pcdinh 2006-09-18 15:27:45 UTC
Struts 1.3.5 has been released as GA
Comment 5 teodori 2007-03-23 12:18:49 UTC
Struts 1.3.8 and 2.0.6 are currently released as GA, any plan to add support for these?
Struts 1.3.* is not so different, but it would be nice to keep choice and support also for 1.2.*, as many
legacy projects still use it.
Comment 6 Petr Pisl 2007-03-23 14:22:38 UTC
In NetBeans 6.0, there will be support for 1.3.8. The support should be
comapatible with 1.2.x as well.
Comment 7 Vince Kraemer 2008-04-07 22:05:29 UTC
any update on this?
