reproducible with 060716 pack

steps to reproduse:
0. select smth in project tree
1. invoke CTRL+SHIFT+C or 'Window|UML Modeling|Design Center
2. press down arrow (for example) or try to novigate within design center
selected node in project tree changed, no navigation in design center
