Description:
reproducible on sol10_sparc with build 15

steps to reroduce:
1. create empty java project
2. create uml project by RE
3. add package with scoped class diagram
4. add class to the diagram
5. delete the class(or the package) from java project
class remains in uml project

Workaround:
select element
invoke context menu
