reproducible with pack 060716

stesp to reproduce:
1 - in uml project invoke Filter from context/ or in design center press filter
button
2 - try arrow navigation on tree
it's possible to expand/collapse both groups but it's hard to see current node

verified in ide-coco-061108_9
new issue 89021, that became visible after this fix, is filed.
