in NetBeans 4.1 there was a plugin "error stripes". it showed everything 
including TODO tasks same as TODO window. it was very useful to search by 
stripe in very big file.

In 7.2, there is no such plugin.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
