I think submitter means 'New Project' wizard.
The one that is opened using "File | New Project".

Is this New Project wizard?
If so, I don't see OK button from this wizard. Please include the wizard title
and step to get to it.

ops, never mind. I missed the subcomponent. This is for the New Wizard for
Create Design Center Project. Invoke by right-clicking on DesignPatternCatalog
and select New->Project...

replaced Embarcadero wizard panel with standard NB dialog
