This is a general question for some modules, what do you think?

On NetBeans 5.5 dev/beta2, when I invoked "Module Manager" dialog, I'm seeing
these modules are not categorized, 

- Java EE metadata
- JAXWS APIs
- Toplink Essentials
- Web Services Customization
- XML Model Source Retriever

Is that OK?

Yes, they should. Could you please try some newer build? For my part, this is a
WORKSFORME:

Inside 5.5dev, invoke Tools|Module Manager:
- Java EE metadata : Category Java EE
- JAXWS APIs : Category Java EE
- Toplink Essentials : Category Java EE
- Web Services Customization : Category Java EE
...
