Steps to reproduce:
- Create Synchronous sample project.
- Open bpel source.
- Copy/Paste Assign activity 2 times to have 3 the same assigns in a row.
- Set breakpoint to 2nd Assign.
- Notice that breakpoint appears on 3rd Assign in source.
- Switch to design view and notice that breakpoint on 1st Assign.

While I was able to reproduce a bug some time ago, now I couldn't. It seems that
the bug has been fixed as a part of some other fix.
Closing as Fixed. Please verify.
