Description _ hong_lin 2006-08-10 03:36:54 UTC
Build: Coke Beta build 060808_8

OS: Solaris 10, sparc x64
machine: Ultra 20

Steps to reproduce it:

Follow the attached "Developing a Hello Composite Application" tutorial from the
beginning to finsh "Creating the Synchronousample WSDL File".

In the "Creating the SynchronousSample BPEL Process" session, when do the step 5
"Click Ok" in sub-session "To add a partner link", will get "Segmentation Fault
- core dumped" error. IDE will be shut down.

Sorry can't minimize the steps to reproduce the issue. I tried to reproduce it
with the SynchronousSample project I created before the first core dump in my
re-started IDE, but fail to get the core dump any more. But every time I do it
from scrach, I get the core dump.

The JDK version is 1.5.0_06
Comment 3 _ hong_lin 2006-08-10 22:59:51 UTC
Tried the same steps on one Solaris 10 sparc-S2 machine and another Ultra 20
machine with same version jdk, all work ok.

Andrey tried the steps on Ultra 20 with jdk 1.6, worked fine too.

I am down grading this issues from P1 to P2.

You need to use JDK version at least 1.5.0_08.
Please verify with this JDK version.
This is JDK bug.
