Using latest 
NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200608091800)
1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-b02
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
cs_CZ (nb); Cp1250
profiler 6.0 060810

i simply created new JMeterPlan within j2se project and invoked 
External edit - following exception was thrown.
After Run File another was thrown.

Works just fine now, verified.
