Note - also A11Y considerations

If user starts ide with -fontsize option,
some labels are not alligned with input fields they are attached to.

Look at  diagram drawing area properies dialog and diagram layout properties
dialog (attached images).

WE can not fix this , we must wait for Tom Sawyer fix

Fixed and integrated. 
All the components on TS dialogs have  hardcoded font style and size.  I've
fixed these dialogs to use user's current font.

verified in all-nbms-griffin-061015.
this issue is not reproducible.
but issue 84056 was updated with new problem description for En locale and large
fontsize.
