Steps to reproduce:
- create UML Project;
- create diagram (e.g. Class diagram);
- open context menu on Diagram Editor window and choose Properties.
Display and Drawing Preferences window appears.
A11y issue:  Ecs does not close Display and Drawing Preferences window.
