UML Project-->Create Diagram-->
-->Diagram Editor Context Menu-->
-->Layout-->Properties
Window with title "Layout Properties" appears.
A11y issues: 
- Ecs does not close Layout Properties window.
- Cancel button does not work by pressing Enter

the Cancel button works fine by pressing Enter or Spacebar key when it's
selected (default when the dialog first comes up). Esc does not work though.

Fixed and integrated. Canceling the dialog can also be done by 
- pressing the ESC key or using the mnemonic C
