there is no mnemonic for 'UML Modeling' menu item in windows menu.

how to reproduce:
- open IDE with installed UML module
hold 'Alt' key and perform the following:
- press 'W' to open Windows menu from main menu bar.
- look at menu items.
Most of them have mnemonics (one of letters in underlined), but 'UML Modeling'
does not have it.

Added mnemonic M to Window->UML Modeling.

I think M is not the best solution.
M is already used for 'Mobility Instector' and 'Maximize Window'.
May be e.g. U would be better?

Then I think we should use the same fix as you have used for this issue in JSE8.1

I did changed the mnemonic to 'g' right after I fixed this same issue on JSE 8.1.
