Currently, the plugin provides a return value for
getSupportedJavaPlatformVersions().  It returns null for getJavaPlatform().

The plugin also does not have "parity" with the Tomcat plugin, which manages the
Java Platform that is used to execute the Tomcat container. This is useful,
bacuase it helps prevent situations like the one discovered in issue 83141.

Support of this API is also really important for Profiler. See Issue 102170.
