Description:

Unnamed Element dialog has "&Cancel" label and Enter button doesn't work.

To reproduce:
- set show aliases mode "Yes"
- create some new element, class for example, on diagram
- edit class's name (alias really)
After that the dialog will appear offering to edit the element's name.
Note that Cancel button has ampersand before name

- Type any element name
- Press Enter
 OK button is not pressed
 The dialog is not closed
