Description:
reproducible with coco m14, coke

steps to reproduce:
1. create package with scoped sequence diagram
2. add two lifelines
3. select first one and invoke CTRL+UP
first lifeline is moved
4. select second one and invoke CTRL+UP
first lifeline is moved

There is a work around for this issue.  

3.a press the ESC key.

Then all model elements are moved.  Also, If you select all of the model
elements that you want to move first, then they will all move.

The Elements to be moved is not gathered everytime the user presses the
ctrl-<arrow> keys.

We are now gathering the selected nodes everytime the user presses the
CTRL-<Arrow > keys
