Description:
After user has invoked new diagram creation command in model tree,
popup menu ivoked on model tree nodes using Shift+F10 shortcut is incomplete.

It doesn't contain specific menu items like 'CDFS', 'Generate Dependency
diagram', etc.

Mark bug as a11y because it reproducible for shortcut only.

How to reproduce:
- create uml project.
- create class element under Model node.
- invoke 'Add | Diagram' on model node.
- in opened Wizard press Enter to create new diagram with default values.
- using keyboard keys 'up' and 'down' mode model tree selection to class node.
- press Shift+F10 to open popup menu.

Menu doesn't contain items like 'CDFS', 'Generate Dependency diagram', 'Redefine
Operatins'.

Missed items appear only after popup menu is invoked using right mouse button.

I used to see this issue, now I'm unable to reproduce it in the latest build,
could you verify it to see if it was fixed already?
