This error occurs when I try to open my project. It says my project "is not 
open and cannot be set as main". So, I can't even open it. I already tried to 
reinstall Netbeans.

It looks like some of your tomcat configuration file is broken (missing end tag
</Context>. Unfortunately from log it is not possible to find out what file it
is. Dispatching to j2ee.

The fact that the context.xml file is not parsable does not seem to have
anything to do with this issue. The message log does not seem to be much helpful
in this case.

Marcio, what project type is it? Is it a web project, ejb project...?

BTW, would it possible to share your project so that we could reproduce this issue?

There is not much we can do with the current info, closing as INVALID.
