There different buttons label with "...", which brings up separate dialogs or
windows, but they can't be navigated to or accessed using just the keyboard.
These buttons include but not limited to Stereotypes, Tagged Values,
Documentation, Constraints, etc.

NB standard is to use Ctrl+Spacebar to activate the button.
