Java Platform Manager > Java Micro Edition Platform Emulator > Platform Folder
panel >Select platforms to detect, is not possible for the user to access to the
platforms with ALT + S and unselect or select the platforms from the list.

this case works for me:
ALT+S gives focus to the list, Up and Down can be used to focus the exact
platform, and space to select/unselect
