Steps to reproduce:
- Create New Enterprise Application targeted WebSphere server instance
- Under its Web Module's Configuration Files node locate ibm-web-bnd.xmi file and open it in Design view
- Add any kind of bindings so that scroll bar appears
- Scroll it
- Switch to other window and go back
- RESULT: It is scrolled to the top left. This is really annoying usability issue. You could check that other design views remembers their scrollbars position.

Very old issue based on  5.0, closing. Re open if its still applicable to NetBeans 6.5
