If you open the Options window and select the Profiler category in the left
pane, the help button is not active.

The button needs a help id to activate the CSH JavaHelp topic for the options.

Profiler options have been assigned the following ID - ProfilerOptions.Help

can you check this?
i just checked the profiler options panel in a daily profiler build (build 060914)
and the Help button for the Profiler options is still not active.

Which version of profiler are you talking about? The change was made in dev build only. It is not in 
release55 brach.
