Steps to reproduce:
 - open the project attached
 - deploy and test it or debug it
The if and while conditions will not be evaluated to true. 
This seems to be wrong.

Please review the bug and probably reassign it to someone from the Runtime team

Mikk can you file this bug in the Bugster change request system? Runtime issues
exist within Bugster and not within Issuezilla.
