I filed issue 84502 yesterday. It was marked as fixed in the latest Q-build. I just tried the latest NetBeans Profiler Q-build (060906) and the corresponding NetBeans Q-build. After attaching the profiler, my second instance of NetBeans never came up. I didn't even see the splash screen. I couldn't reproduce the problem. Maybe it was due to some zombie process. I am able to run the profiler successfully now. The profiler is great. Thanks! Will mark this issue as invalid.
