Problem Description:

If one uses the default wsdl name, e.g., newWSDL.wsdl, in multiple bpel 
projects, then add these projects to a compapp project. The compapp project 
currently does not able to distinguish different instances of newWSDL.wsdl. 
The resulting service assembly generated has only 1 newWSDL.wsdl in the 
binding component SU jar and caused deployment problems.

Suggested Solution:

The compapp project should not merge files from bpel projects. The source 
files from bpel projects should be kept in separated directories when creating 
binding component SU jars.

Fixed in NB 5.5.1.
