Steps to reproduce:
- Create New Enterprise Application targeted WebSphere server
- Create New Session Bean in application's EJB Module
- Create New Servlet in application's Web Module
- Call the bean from the servlet
- Expand Configuration Files nodes under EJB Module and Web Module
- Open ibm-web-bnd.xmi and ibm-ejb-bnd.xmi files in editor
- RESULT: Both editors do not show any Bindings. Switch to XML view and then back to Design view. Bindings appeared.

Very old issue based on 5.0, reopen if its still applicable to NetBeans 6.5
