App client 5.0 DTD for AS 9.0 is missing from DTD registry

Clarification: I meant Sun Application Client - the DTD for
sun-application-client.xml for JavaEE5 - is missing.

You can observe this bug by going to the Runtime tab, open "DTD and XML Schema
Catalog", then "Sun Java System Application Server Catalog", and looking for
"-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Application Server 9.0 Application Client 5.0//EN"

It will be missing.

Fixed.  Needed to add entry to runtime dd catalog (trivial change).

The fix worked on 9/21 release55_dev build.  I do see the following entry now.

"-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Application Server 9.0 Application Client 5.0//EN"

Verified, the fix worked on 9/26 release55 build.  I do see the following entry now.

"-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Application Server 9.0 Application Client 5.0//EN"
