The New Web Service Client wizard can not create a new Web Service Client if the
entry in WSDL URL field includes characters like "=", "&", etc. like the following:

http://www.mydomain.com/wsdl?service=ABCService&arg=2

Which build do you use? Something like this has been fixed recently, I think.
