In 'New Wizard' window, opened after JAva-Model UML project creation,
mnemonics are underlined, but do not work.

steps:
- create new JAva-Model UML project.
- After pressing Finish in Project creation wizard, 'New Wizard' window will be
opened to add diagram.
- press 'Alt'. 
in 'Diagram Type' label 'T' is underlined.
But 'Alt+T' will open 'Tools' menu from main menu toolbar.

The same for 'N'.

just another aspect of issue 78481.
File as separated bug because not sure if they have the same cause.

Note: create default Java-Model uml project withous synchronisation.

I can not reproduce this issue.  Alt-T and Alt-N do get me the keyboard focus
for Diagram Type list and Name Space respectively.

this issue was filed for an old wizard.
