Description:
reproducible with 050606_20:
regression from bow

steps to reproduce:
1. create uml project
2. add component diagram
3. add classe to the diagram
4. draw Link Comment from the class
Ther is empty name for comment tree node, it should be 'Comment' by  default.

this is not repro in 6.5. if it's only for component diagram then component diagram has not been implemented in 6.5.

verified in 6.5 build 20080617 for all available diagrams.
