Steps to reproduce
Create BPEL module project and Composite application project.
Add created BPEL module to JBI modules list.
Now delete BPEL module project using context menu. (set checkbox 'Also delete
sources...')
Now delete Composite app project (set checkbox 'Also delete sources...')

The build failed with message:
deps-clean:
E:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\CompositeApp4\nbproject\build-impl.xml:237: Basedir
E:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\BpelModule1 does not exist

I don't think this is a showstopper for Denali. Will fix it after Denali.
